Can I manage multiple properties from one app?
Yes. The Tuya app supports multiple "homes" — each property has its own devices, automations, and guest access. Switch between properties with a tap.
Do guests need to install any app?
No. Smart locks work with PIN codes — guests just enter the code. If guests want app control of lights or curtains, they can use the Tuya app, but it is entirely optional.
Can I see when guests check in and out?
Yes. Smart locks log every entry with timestamp. You can also set up Tuya automations to send you a notification when the door is unlocked during a booking period.
