Are these genuine Edifier products?
Yes. We are an authorised Edifier dealer in Kenya. All products are genuine with manufacturer warranty. Visit our showroom at Longonot Place, Kijabe Street, Nairobi to audition any speaker before you buy.
Which studio monitor should I start with?
The MR3 (KSh 14K) is ideal for bedroom producers and podcasters — compact, Hi-Res certified, with Bluetooth. The MR4 (KSh 20K) adds a larger 4" driver and near-flat frequency response for serious mixing. The MR5 (KSh 36K) is the professional choice with tri-amped 110W output and XLR balanced inputs.
Can I add a subwoofer to Edifier bookshelf speakers?
Yes — the R1280DBs has a dedicated sub-out port. Connect the T5 active subwoofer (KSh 23K) for deep bass extension down to 38Hz. The T5 has its own amplifier and volume control.
What is the difference between Bluetooth and WiFi speakers?
Bluetooth speakers (R1280DBs, e25HD, etc.) connect to one device at a time with a range of about 10 metres. WiFi speakers like the MS50A connect to your home network — longer range, multi-room sync, and Alexa voice control. For whole-home audio, WiFi is the way.
Do you deliver outside Nairobi?
Yes. We deliver across Kenya. Nairobi orders typically arrive same-day or next-day. Upcountry deliveries take 2-4 business days depending on location. Contact us on WhatsApp for delivery estimates.
Can I pair Edifier speakers with a TV?
The B700 soundbar connects via HDMI eARC for the best TV audio with Dolby Atmos. The R1280DBs and e25HD connect via optical cable. The e25HD also supports Bluetooth from smart TVs.
