What is a smart home?
A smart home uses internet-connected devices — switches, sensors, locks, cameras — that you control from your phone or voice assistant. You can automate routines like "turn off all lights at 11pm" or "open curtains at sunrise" without touching a switch.
Do I need to rewire my house?
No. Most of our smart switches are direct replacements for existing switches — same wiring, same wall box. Zigbee sensors and locks are battery-powered and wireless. The only requirement is a WiFi router.
What is Tuya and why does it matter?
Tuya is the platform behind most smart home devices globally. All our smart switches, sensors, locks, and curtain motors use Tuya, meaning they all work together in one app. Tuya also connects to Alexa, Google Home, and Samsung SmartThings.
Should I choose WiFi or Zigbee devices?
WiFi devices connect directly to your router — simpler setup, no hub needed. Zigbee devices use less power (great for battery sensors) and create a mesh network for better range, but need a Zigbee gateway. For switches, either works. For sensors and locks, Zigbee is usually better.
