What is TT-Lock and how is it different from Tuya?
TT-Lock is a Bluetooth lock platform designed specifically for hospitality and property management. Unlike Tuya (which is a general smart home ecosystem), TT-Lock focuses on key management — issuing, revoking, and auditing digital door keys for multiple rooms from a central platform. Locks work offline via Bluetooth, so no WiFi infrastructure is needed per room.
Can guests unlock with their phone instead of a card?
Yes. Guests receive a digital key via the TT-Lock app or a shared link. They hold their phone near the door to unlock via Bluetooth. No physical card to lose, demagnetize, or return at checkout. Staff can also issue physical cards as backup.
How many rooms can you support?
The TT-Lock platform scales to hundreds of rooms per property. Each lock operates independently via Bluetooth — no central server or WiFi backbone required for basic lock operation. The management platform runs in the cloud for key issuance and audit logs.
Can we integrate with our PMS (Property Management System)?
TT-Lock has an open API that integrates with popular PMS platforms. We can help connect your booking system so that digital keys are automatically issued when a reservation is confirmed and revoked at checkout.
What about existing rooms with traditional locks?
TT-Lock replaces the existing lock cylinder or mortise. The door itself doesn't change. Installation takes about 30 minutes per door. We can survey your property and recommend the right lock model for your door type.
